SELF-MASSAGE ROUTINE
Preparation :
- Start with a few pumps soft: Under the collarbones, in the groin and behind the knees.
- Before the massage, apply one of the Bioslimming body oils: D-Tox , ReFirm or ReNew . Our oils offer a silky texture perfectly suited to Gua Sha movements, for a fluid, sensory and effective massage. Never use Gua Sha on dry skin.
Legs - Objective: drain and smooth.
- Hollow face flat Gua Sha.
- Move up from the ankle to the thigh, following three axes: inside, middle, outside.
- Repeat 5 to 7 times per area, light to moderate pressure.
Stomach - Objective: stimulate digestion and smooth.
- Smoothing from top to bottom.
- Gentle circular clockwise movements.
- Repeat 5 times.
Arms - Objective: firm and drain.
- Start from the wrist towards the shoulder with the hollow side of the Gua Sha.
- Outside, inside, back of the arm.
- Repeat 5 times per area.
Hips, waist, buttocks - Objective: sculpt and firm.
- Use the serrated side for areas with cellulite or sagging.
- Firm movements moving upwards towards the waist and hips.
- Repeat 5 to 8 times.
Tip : Always work towards the lymph nodes, with slow and regular movements. Finish each area by draining the pumping points (groin, collarbones).
